We reserve the right to reject any order that contains objectionable material such as, but not limited to, Adult content, pornography, nudity, illegal materials, known copyrighted materials or any material in conflict with our universal ethical standards, etc. If it is questionable, we will discuss this on a situational basis. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. We uphold standards and quality.
 

All websites that we build are NOT required to be hosted by our carriers. Once paid, hosting fees will not be refunded. Hosting fees are separate from design or building fees.
 

On websites built by Web Architect, text and pictures can be revised without charge when you become an on-going client with webmaster services.  For us to webmaster your site, it is entirely optional. We understand that although you might not have the time to design a website, you might have the time to maintain a website.  No refunds once service is established.
 

Revisions included in the maintenance plans include minor changes to text to reflect ongoing changes of existing information and graphics. It is used to reflect minor changes of information and re-submission of photographs to reflect changes of personnel, a person's office, a change of offered product, etc. Although we conduct business in a timely manner, we will not be held liable for time sensitive revisions to your website and offer no guarantees. It is best to request revisions ahead of time. This is not a plan for major changes such as full overhauls and re-designs of your website. If we feel the maintenance plan is being abused, the decision for the extent of your changes is left to our discretion. You may add extra images to the already existing package by emailing them to your web consultant for your package.  If you do not have us maintaining your website, there is a $50/hour charge that will be applied and paid before services are rendered for any additional pages, graphic editing, etc. that may need to take place. If you need more pages at any time for your website, then we can oblige you fat a discounted rate of only $30/hour.
 

Video clips must be submitted by the customer. We can make edits to the footage if necessary. additional charges will apply though. We do not guarantee the format in which it will play (media player type) although, the most typical formats, are ".wmv, and .mpg." If no edits are made, then we insert it "as is", assuming you have assured the video to be working properly. The size of the video is entirely up to and the amount of web space you have with your account.  If using our carrier, that you have plenty of space to do with what you want, 1500 gigs of web space. If you will not be changing out your video often, it is recommended that your video clip contain non- time sensitive information such as a greeting, or footage that will not expire.
 

We extend no warranties or guarantees. We will not be held liable for wrong, misleading or illegal information or loss of information. We will not be held liable for the use of copyrighted materials. We will not be held liable for work or wages lost due to inaccurate information on your site due to your error or ours. We are an internet development firm and, although error is not likely, we are human and are subject to human error.
 

Website submission to the search engines are not guaranteed to be accepted by the search engines.
 

A small design link will be placed at the bottom of your website pages linking back to our business website. If your website is changed by yourself or another or  the link is removed without permission, you must inform our web architect through email that you are changing things on your website, and the link is going to be removed.  This is to insure that we both do not incur broken links when changing things over.  There is no penalty charge for this removal either, as other companies might charge.  We understand that business grows, and so do their needs and wants.  Although we strive to be your web project handler for the duration, we know that you might want something more than we are able to offer, or simply want to bring into the office for more direct supervision of the tasks being completed. If removal of the link is requested by Web Archtitect for any reason, then it must be removed immediately so as to not compromise the integrity of the work.
 

Your continued hosting is not through Web Architect. You may continue to hold service through our host as long as you wish. It allows your pages to be seen on the internet. Your domain name is also registered through this host. If you decide to end your hosting, it will be through the present host services. The website and domain name will be ended and you may lose the domain name, if you do not have hosting setup with someone else for the transfer of the domain. You can start a new account at anytime. To build another website, you can elect to purchase another package with us. We simply build the website no strings attached. You are in control of contacting us for revisions and re-designs.
 

Web Architect accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Personal Checks.  Service is rendered after payment is received (checks must clear first). All Payments must clear before building services are rendered. If there are any policy violations or we determine we cannot extend service to you for any reason and your payment has cleared, we will refund your payment by check as soon as we can for the building (design) services only. Hosting is not refundable.
