Terms and Agreement
For the purposes of this document, DME-Solutions.com will be
COMPANY, and the undersigned will be PROVIDER.
PROVIDER agrees to pay COMPANY the amount specified for the membership of choice
on a monthly, or yearly basis beginning on the day of initial sign-up and
automatically renewing monthly or yearly on the anniversary date of sign-up.
PROVIDER agrees to give COMPANY written notice of cancellation in
the form of fax, email or letter before the next billing date.
PROVIDER understands that monthly fees are not prorated or
refunded for partial months (with the exception of annual payments). If
PROVIDER cancels in the middle of a billing cycle, PROVIDER will be able to use
Membership benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
By signing up for Membership with COMPANY, PROVIDER accepts Terms
and Agreement.
COMPANY reserves the right to modify said Terms and Agreement at
any time at the discretion of COMPANY.
COMPANY will notify PROVIDER by means of email, fax, or letter of
any changes herein.
Privacy
Policy
DME-Solutions.com
will never rent or sell your contact information to third party companies. All
information is stored and protected on secure servers. DME-Solutions.com
reserves the right to send you email from time to time regarding new products
and/or services unless you notify us in writing via email, fax or letter
otherwise.
We recognize and welcome our obligation to comply with the law and this policy
is subject to that obligation. We will, therefore, disclose information,
including cookies, in response to a request from law enforcement officials or as
otherwise required by law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect someone's
safety, or enforce our Terms of Service. If we decide to materially change this
privacy policy, we will prominently post those changes on this page.
